The majority of his practice on the civil side involves motor vehicle accidents (e.g. ICBC claims), product liability and occupiers liability (e.g. licenced establishments), commercial litigation (e.g. breach of contract) and judicial reviews.
Aseem joined the Trial Lawyers Association of BC (TLABC) early in his career. He has served as a member of TLABC’s executive committee since 2005 and has presented at the association’s seminars. Aseem is also a member of the South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia.
