Prior to graduating from law school in 2001, Pavel Dosanjh studied history (major) and political science at Simon Fraser University, emerging with a Bachelor of Arts in 1997. Pavel then attended UBC Law School from 1998 to 2001.

After Graduating from UBC Law School, Pavel articled for a year at firm Miller Thomson, ending in August 2002, and was called to the Bar a month later. He joined the Trial Lawyers Association of BC later that year and has been a member ever since – currently serving on the association’s membership committee.

Pavel’s practice is nearly exclusive to plaintiffs who have suffered a personal injury - be it a bodily injury, emotional injury or both. His expertise includes litigating cases for people who sustain muscle and ligament damage, orthopedic injuries, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, psychological injuries, bodily injuries requiring surgical intervention or amputation, and other serious and catastrophic injuries.

Pavel’s experience has been gained through conducting trials in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and appearing before the BC Court of Appeal.

In addition to TLABC, his voluntary memberships include the South Asian Bar Association of BC and the American Association for Justice.
